Make your child's birthday unforgettable with a pony-filled celebration at Fox Island Equestrian! Our birthday parties offer a fun, hands-on experience where children can spend time with our horses and ponies, enjoy pony rides, and celebrate with family and friends in our welcoming barn setting.
Whether it's their very first pony encounter or they're already horse-obsessed, we'll help make their special day one to remember.

Party Season: May 15 – October 15 | Held on Sundays
$750 | 2 Hours | Up to 8 Children
Your private birthday celebration includes:
Pony Rides: Each participating child gets a chance to enjoy a pony ride.
Grooming & Pony Time: Meet our horses and ponies, help groom them, and learn a little about their care.
Barn Access: Enjoy spending time at our welcoming equestrian facility, surrounded by horses and ponies.
Picnic Tables: A designated space for food, birthday cake, gifts, and celebrating with family and friends.
Planning a bigger celebration?
Additional children are welcome for $75 per child, up to a maximum of 15 participating children.
Families are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, birthday cake, decorations, and party supplies.

Planning Your Party

Our birthday party season runs from May 15 through October 15.
Parties are offered by inquiry and are subject to availability. Have a date in mind? Submit your preferred date, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your celebration!
Because we do not have a covered party barn, we do not host birthday parties outside of our designated season.

A $300 deposit is required to secure your confirmed party date.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before your celebration, based on the number of participating children.
Your date is not reserved until availability has been confirmed and the deposit has been received. -
You're welcome to arrive up to 45 minutes before your scheduled party to set up food, decorations, and your party area.
Families are responsible for bringing their own food, beverages, cake, decorations, and party supplies.
For the safety of our horses and ponies, balloons are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Our birthday parties take place in an outdoor barn setting, and Pacific Northwest weather can be unpredictable.
While our party season runs from May 15 through October 15, and rain is not typically a concern, events are held rain or shine, with no rain dates or make-up dates available.
Please consider the possibility of wet weather.

To help us prepare for your celebration, we'll request the number of participating children, their approximate ages, and the total number of guests, including adults. We'll also request the names of all participating children before your event.
Every participating child must have a completed waiver before the party begins.

Not at all! Our birthday parties are designed to be welcoming for beginners. No previous horse or pony experience is necessary.

Our pony parties are especially popular with younger horse lovers, but can be geared for any age (child).

Absolutely! Our standard party package includes up to eight participating children. Additional children are $75 each, with a maximum of 15 participating children.

Yes! Parents, family members, and other guests are welcome to join the celebration. Please include everyone, including adults, in your total guest count when submitting your inquiry.

Families provide their own food, beverages, cake, and party supplies. Picnic tables are available for your celebration.
